In Care and Guidance of Children, over
the course of three years, students will learn:
- The physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development
of children
- The skills needed to care, work, and observe children
- How infant and todlers learn
- Interests and abilities of children
- Proper health, safety, and guidance
- How to plan physical equipment and curriculum development
- Career planning and resumes
- Students will also have the chance to interact with the children in the
Daycare provided within the school.
