Registration at AHS

Welcome to the Attleboro Public Schools. We look forward to working with you to help your student have a successful experience in our school.

To make the enrollment process and the transiting into our school happen as smoothly as possible, please complete the applicable enrollment packet forms on the sidebar and return them with all the necessary documentation.

Per school committee policy M-JLCB, students must provide up-to-date immunization records before being admitted to school, unless there is a medical, religious, or homeless exemption.  Additional required documentation include birth certificate or passport, proof of residency (2 different items from the list below), latest report card or transcript, and a copy of IEP or 504 plan if applicable. In summary, it is extremely important that you submit the following:

  1. Birth Certificate or Passport
  2. Proof of Residency -- Any two (2) of the following documents:
    • Purchase and Sale Agreement
    • Notarized Rental Agreement
    • Property Tax Receipt
    • Utility Bill
    • Bank Statement with parent/legal guardian name and address
    • Pay stub with home address
    • Driver's license
  3. Health and Immunization Records (up-to-date records unless there is a medical, religious or homeless exemption)
  4. Student Records (latest report card or transcript)
  5. Copy of IEP or 504 plan (if applicable)

We would like your student to begin at Attleboro High School as quickly as possible. However, the enrollment process may be delayed if we are dependent on communicating from your last school district or if we are waiting for documentation of immunizations.

When the completed packet is returned it will be reviewed by the Assistant Principal of Unified Student Services, who will ensure that all necessary documents are submitted. You will then be contacted by the appropriate guidance counselor to create a schedule for your student.
