Application Process

Open positions are posted/advertised on our website:  www.attleboroschools.com; School Spring; Department of Elementary and Secondary Education website; and the Massachusetts Association of School Superintendents website; as necessary.

Applications are submitted via our online application process with School Spring. 

Interviews:  Principals/Department Heads contact promising candidates and schedule initial and follow-up interviews.

Selection:  Principals send a recommendation to Human Resources when they have made a final selection.

Confirmation:  Human Resources meets with candidate to finalize appointment and determine salary according to the approved schedule and policy.
