Bus Pass Replacement Information (2018 – 2019)

For the 2018 - 2019 school year, if a student reports that they have lost or misplaced their bus pass, the school will issue a temporary bus pass that will be valid for ten school days.  The student will have ten school days in which he/she may apply for a new bus pass.  If the student does not apply for a replacement pass within the ten-day grace period, he/she will not be able to ride the bus until a new pass has been issued through the Transportation Department.

To apply for a replacement bus pass, please complete the replacement bus pass form that is available on our website, at your child’s school or in the Transportation Office.  A completed form along with the $10.00 replacement fee (exact cash amount or money order) payable to the Attleboro School Department needs to be returned to your child’s school or the Transportation Department.  Personal checks will not be accepted.

The Transportation Office will be opened Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
