Special education mediation is a process available at no cost through the Bureau of Special Education Appeals (BSEA). When the school personnel and parents disagree about the educational needs of a student with disabilities, either party may request mediation. Join us to learn how the mediation process works and how you can use it to problem solve issues with an IEP or 504 plan.

If anyone missed our first ever broadcast, where Angela Ferreira, Chairperson of the Attleboro Special Education Advisory Council joined us to discuss resources families have available to them regarding special education and disabilities here is a link to our recording of our show!
