Interpreter and Translation Services
Procedures for requesting an interpreter:

Save the form on your computer using a new name. Fill out the form entirely, save it and email it to jim@citygatels.com (this can also be cut and pasted from the bottom of the form.)
You will directly receive the interpreter confirmation.
The form needs to be printed and signed by the
interpreter and building principal. The building principal will send
the form to the Director of Student Support Services for payment. Please
note there is a 90 minute minimum, therefore, it is helpful if we stay
within the prescribed 90 minutes.
Procedures for requesting documents to be translated:

There is a link that identifies all of
professionals who are willing to translate documents. Please email or
call (using the numbers and email addresses provided) and request
availability. Once the professional confirms, you can fill out the
translation form and attach the document you would like translated. Once
you receive the translated document, please attach to the form, the
building principal will sign and then submit to the Director of Student
Support Services for payment.
