Manet Community Health Center is now offering Insurance Navigation Services and new patient intake and scheduling on-site at the APS Welcome Center!

 Any family with a student enrolled in Attleboro Public Schools can book an appointment to meet with a Certified Navigator to learn about the health insurance available to you or to begin the process of becoming a primary care patient. These appointments are free and available to all APS Families. To schedule an appointment, email: welcome@attleboroschools.com.

Navigation Services
To help individuals and families find affordable health insurance options, Manet offers free health benefits counseling and enrollment assistance. Manet’s Certified Navigators will help you find the health plan that is right for you and your family and will help connect you with a variety of other important community resources.

Intake and Booking
Manet provides primary care for all ages, from newborn to elders. This care includes behavioral health services, obstetrics, geriatric care, infectious disease medicine and much more.
