According to School Committee Policy JF, verification of residency, including updated documentation, is required when students move from Grade 4 to Grade 5 and from Grade 8 to Grade 9. This process must be completed individually for each student in grade 5 and grade 9 in your household.

The Grade 5/9 Residency Verification must be completed via the Student Residency Upload.
