Congratulations to two of our ELL educators, Annie Larkin and Penelope Jennewein, who presented at the Annual MATSOL (Massachusetts Teachers of Speakers of Other Languages) Conference in Framingham! Their session, "Effective Writing Instruction for Newcomers and Level 1 ELLs," highlighted current best practices and shared actionable strategies to support ELL students in their writing. They were joined by the Elementary ELL Team and their middle school colleagues.
